Supercapacitor, combination high power density with long cycle life, has drawn much attention[1, 2]. Flexible electrode materials for supercapacitor would be a promising choice for future due to self-forming without binder, ease of cutting into various shapes. Activated carbon cloth (ACC) with higher surface areas, good flexibility and relatively lower cost, is a good candidate for electrode of supercapacitor[3]. Nevertheless, its energy density needs to be improved to meet
the practical applications. Polyaniline (PANI), as a competitive conducting polymer in consideration of its ease of synthesis, good conductivity and relatively higher energy density, has been extensively incorporated with different carbon for enhancing their energy density[4, 5]. In this study, composite of ACC and PANI is prepared and nitric acid treated multi-walled carbon nanotube (MCNT) is used for improving the properties of the composite. |
