YF3 nanobundles have been synthesized via a facile solvothermal synthesis, which were
characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy
(TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),
Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and Thermogravimeter (TG). Results
show that there are adsorbed water and residual organic molecules on the surface of
YF3 nanobundles, which play a key part in the formation of the ？nal structure |
